The 4th bedroom and remaining bathroom is located separate from the main villa in a annex which is accessible via the lower terrace. All bedrooms are bright and spacious with either a ceiling fan or air conditioning.

The stunning pool area with many attractive features, is in a perfect position with striking direct views over Tenerife landscape and beautiful sea views across the coast of Costa Adeje. This terrace includes large private heated pool, the luxury of having your own jacuzzi and several shaded pergolas with comfortable seating areas. There are multiple viewpoints also on this terrace. You will find stairs leading to the lower terrace consisting of more gardens, chill out area and the annex.

This villa is maintained on a regular basis to a high standard and the property manager is very hands on if any problems arise. There is also secur shutters on all windows and doors.

The villa is walking distance to bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops etc. Just a 15 minute stroll takes you to local Playa Del Duque beach with a promenade which runs along the beaches of Playa de Fanabe and Playa de las Americas. The stunning Del Duque in recent years has seen a boom in Hotel developments (such as the Sheraton La Caleta & the Costa Adeje Palace) and upmarket private developments however the beautiful harbour and heart of the fishing village of La Caleta has been relatively untouched.
