Tenerife is a Spanish island in the Atlantis Ocean, 300KM of the west coast of Africa and it is the largest of the Canary Islands.

The capital of Tenerife is Santa Cruz de Tenerife which is located on the eastern tip of the island.

Costa Adeje is considered to be the luxury resort and is locates on the southern coast of the island. It has beautiful beaches and 5star, Luxury hotels and villas and lots of beach activities and excursions

El Medano on the south east coast is a small resort not far from the airport. Known for being a laid back resort and is popular with windsurfers. Low key and casual with some fabulous restaurants and great bars.

Los Cristiasnos is located to the west and is a busy and popular resort. A long promenade with lots of restaurants and bars to choose from and the beach is large with golden sand.

Play De Las Americas is a lively resort on the south coast. The lKM stretch has bars, nightlife, and live music. The beaches are golden and sandy.

The local bus service is good, running regularly from the airport and to the resorts.

There is a diverse range of beaches in Tenerife. Large natural beaches, man made beach. has, black sand beaches there are plenty of typical holiday beaches where families can enjoy warm and calm waters, hire sun beds, umbrellas and water sports equipment.

You can drink the water but it can have a salty taste due to high mineral content. We would recommend buying bottled water.

Car hire is not necessasary for most of the resorts. However we would recommend hiring a car to explore the island at your leisure to fully appreciate the island.
