Terms and Conditions

The Contract

Accommodation is privately owned or contracted from the complex administrators, for whom Skyline Travel Ltd act as official agents.

The accommodation is on a self-catering basis and all the apartments are serviced via a management company or Reception.
A contract exists when the deposit or total payment is paid (whichever comes first) after which these booking conditions come into force.

The deposit is to be paid at the time of booking and the Final Balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to the Departure date.
Any client wishing to cancel after the deposit or final balance has been paid will forfeit monies already paid to Skyline Travel Ltd.

Skyline Travel Ltd accept MasterCard/Debit Card, cheque by return or a bank transfer into the Business Account of Skyline Travel Ltd

Skyline Travel Ltd are authorised to accept card payments via Barclaycard.
Prior to the commencement of your holiday, you may wish to amend your booking with regard to the accommodation or Arrival/Departure date. Skyline Travel Ltd will assist you in any way possible to suit your requirements, however, we do reserve the right, if this is not possible, to treat such changes as a cancellation and monies paid are consequently forfeited. However, should Skyline Travel Ltd be able to confirm any of these changes, and the appropriate revised rental price is agreed by both parties, an administration fee will also be payable.

Skyline Travel Ltd is a well-established company with over 30 years in the travel industry and our reputation has been built up by fulfilling our obligation regarding your accommodation. However, circumstances beyond our control, may make it necessary to alter accommodation arrangements before your date of travel. Whilst this is extremely rare, if there must be a change to your accommodation, Skyline Travel Ltd will advise you immediately of the problem and you will be offered alternative accommodation. However if this is not accepted Skyline Travel Ltd will refund any monies already paid without prejudice.

Liability

Neither Skyline Travel Ltd, its designated Management Services, or any representative abroad, accept any liability for loss, damage or additional expenses of any kind, caused by war, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural disaster, fire or explosion however caused, volcanic eruption, sickness, bad or good weather and the effects of such accident (whether incurred inside or outside the apartment or apartment complexes), acts of any government authority or public authority, such as gas, electric and water boards and any other event which is totally beyond our control or under circumstances amounting to force majeure, theft and/or Acts of God.

Insurance

It should be noted that ALL clients are obliged to take out their own Travel Insurance to cover their flights and accommodation.

Any cancellation through unavoidable causes such as illness or simply not wishing to travel, should be covered by the client’s own Travel Insurance. Skyline Travel Ltd are not liable for any cancellations.

Management Services

Skyline Travel Ltd have taken steps to provide their clients with a competent Management Service during their stay. These services include agreed cleaning of the apartment.

An Emergency Telephone Number for these Services is supplied before the holiday.

Arrival/Vacation Times And Occupancy

Entry to the accommodation will not be available until at least 14.00hrs on the Arrival date.

Skyline travel Ltd cannot be held responsible for accommodation not properly cleaned or prepared for clent’s arrival prior to this time.

Vacation time for the accommodation will be no later than 10.00hrs (am) on the day of departure.

NB : We can discuss before you travel what time you are likely to arrive and, of course, all will be done to oblige an early entry time, and likewise on your departure day, but this can only be arranged if the times fall in line with our management services on that day.

Number Off Clients In The Apartment

It is a condition of booking that only the number of persons on the booking form occupancy (On the booking confirmation) stay in the apartment.

Skyline Travel Ltd cannot be held responsible for any clients evicted if this condition is not observed.

Behaviour

Skyline Travel Ltd reserve the right in the absolute discretion of our designated management services and ourselves to terminate without notice, the accommodation reservation of any client or clients whose behaviour is likely to cause distress, damage, annoyance or danger to our cleaners or any third party.
