Tha complex used to be an Aparthotel but is now privately owned. The pool area and lift facilities are well maintained by the community of owners. There is swimming pool and a separate pool for younger children. Ideal location and only a two minute walk tp Playa Las Vistats beach. Guests can walk along the sea front promenade in either direction: towards Los Cristianos or in the other direction towards Las Americas, where you can enjoy shopping at the Safari shopping centre or the glamorous nightlife.

There is a lift to all floors as well as a lift to street level. The apartments have south facing balconies, which catch the sun all day and boast excellent sea, mountain and pool views.
