Castalia Park Playa Fanabe is in an enviable position only a few hundred yards from the sandy beach and the marina is approx 500 m. There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants located in the vicinity.

Modern fully equipped kitchen diner leading into spacious lounge with comfortable sofas and plasma TV, with many English channels. The lounge leads to a large terrace with sun loungers and 6 person hot tub, overlooking the pool.

2 twin bedrooms share a bathroom with walk in jet shower; the master bedroom leads onto the terrace and has en-suite bathroom with large walk in shower. Each room has individually air-conditioning and there is a built in internal sound system.

Entrance to the villa through a secure/intercom gate and there is a garden area. The pool is located here and the pool has steps into it... as stated before electrically heated with a year round temperature of around 27 degrees. Six sunloungers are provided along with sun pads and beach/pool towels. There is a patio set for alfresco eating and there is another dining set with chairs under the veranda off the living room.
