This beautiful stylish villa has recently been refurbished to a high standard throughout. The villa is on one level. The kitchen includes washing machine, dishwasher, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker etc and has a door leading to a second outside kitchen area with BBQ.

Located in a quiet area of Las Americas and is just a 5 minute walk to the many bars restaurants shops etc. The sandy beach of Puerto Colon is approximately 10 minutes walk away.
